I didn't even need to see a dragon in the Brain Cage facility to get this achievement unlock., One just had to appear on the mini-map with the red arrows' icon to show it was in "combat" mode and in my locale. The new edition of the DLC is available on the PlayStation and Xbox Game Stores for 14.99. The Far Cry publisher mentioned it would release in December, but never said exactly when. Everything calmed down while I stayed motionless and the dragon's icon on the mini-map then turned green. Ubisoft shadow dropped Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon Classic Edition with little fanfare and no concrete release date. I only moved to the bottom of the stairwell, finished off the last guy and noticed the dragon's arrow icon on the mini-map turning yellow (yet no dragon in sight). I noticed on the mini-map that the dragon's icon showed "combat" (red) as I was frag grenading the oncoming enemies. Once you enter the facility take the first guy out with a stealth takedown and then go in loud attracting the other sentries in the corridor at the bottom of the stairwell. The facility where one destroys the Brain Cage prototypes (early in the game like litepink stated) is definitely the place to try for this achievement win.
